The Adventure of Super Mario Bros. 3 Episode 2 - Reptiles in the Rose Garden Overview
Episode two of "The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3" called Reptiles in the Rose Garden first aired on September 8th, 1990 on NBC. This episode begins with Kootie Pie Koopa having a fit because she doesn't like any of the gifts that King Bowser got for her birthday. Seeing her this way, Bowser asks what she really wants and she says America. When he hears this he tells her that it is in the real world. She whines and says that America is what she wants. Since it is her sweet sixteenth birthday, Bowser gives in to her demand.
Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Toadstool thinks the Koopas won't be up to anything since they usually stay inside the castle during birthdays but they are soon surprised when they see Bowsers Doomship. Bowser sends out some chain chomps to capture them so that they don't get in the way of his plan.
Bowser and Kootie Pie arrive in America and warps the White House to Castle Koopa and then Bowser tells America that the new ruler will be Kootie Pie. Back at the castle where Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Toadstool is being held guard, they see the White House and Princess Toadstool comes up with an idea to make an escape. She causes confusion among the guards and have them fight amongst themselves and they use this chance to make an escape.
Bowser arrives back to tell the rest of the koopalings that Kootie Pie is happy with ruling America and to make sure she stays that way, Bowser takes the White House and puts it at the bottom of Mushroom Sea. Mario then opens a treasure box and gets a frog suit and jumps into the sea to save the president and the White House. He successfully does so but is presented with another problem. It is now up to Mario and Luigi to stop Kootie Pie from ruining America.
